Hampton Court Palace with River Cruise Set on the Thames, Hampton Court Palace is a jewel among English royal palaces. Highlights include the vast Tudor kitchens where huge feasts were prepared and served to Henry VIII and his six wives in the adjoining Great Hall. We can also visit the sumptuous Georgian state and private apartments overlooking the famous Fountain Court. The beautiful surrounding gardens have been restored to their 17th century layout with parterres and fountains, including the world’s oldest maze & largest vine. PACKAGED ITINERARY Day 1 Arrival After breakfast we make our way to Hampton Court Palace where we spend a full day enjoying the many attractions of this Tudor Palace. After our visit we take a circular river cruise from Hampton Court pier to Kingston departing at 16.00 hrs and returning to Hampton Court. Day 3 Strawberry Hill House & Departure This morning we enjoy a visit to Strawberry Hill House , a Gothic Revival villa with gardens that was built in Twickenham, South-West London, in 1749. It has a delightful interior and lovely gardens to explore with volunteer guides on hand to inform us about the many interesting aspects of this house. After this visit we begin our journey home. We arrive at our hotel in time for dinner. Day 2 Hampton Court Palace & Cruise

Chiswick House & Kew Gardens This tour combines visits to 2 classic London attractions, with architecture, gardens and glorious colours in abundance. PACKAGED ITINERARY Day 1 Arrival & Chiswick House & Gardens Trust On our way to the hotel, we visit Chiswick House & Gardens Trust for an afternoon visit, exploring the house itself – a gorgeous example of 18th century British architecture – and the massively renovated garden, known as the birthplace of the English Landscape Movement. Beautiful ceilings, velvet wallpaper and masterful paintings characterise the visit. Perhaps take tea in the café before we head to our hotel. Day 2 Kew Gardens and Kew Palace After breakfast we make our way to Kew Gardens and Kew Palace , a firm favourite for groups for many years with its ever-changing seasons and series of events. With such a range of permanent and temporary exhibitions and displays, there are many reasons to visit at any time of year! With so much to see and do, we recommend a full day’s visit to Kew to allow plenty of time to explore all that this fantastic venue has to offer.
