PATIENT-IN-NEED ASSISTANCE FUND Expanded resources to help families facing urgent barriers to care—covering transportation, prescription co-pays, childcare, and other essential needs. • 200 patients supported, $88,592 invested in 2025 • 2,000+ patients assisted since 2019, with more than $500,000 provided to reduce urgent barriers to care. PROTECTING FAMILIES, ADVANCING HIV PREVENTION Philanthropic support helps sustain the experienced, multidisciplinary team behind Cooper’s Family HIV Services Program — ensuring uninterrupted access to comprehensive, coordinated care for women, infants, children, youth, and families impacted by HIV/AIDS across southern New Jersey. • Zero perinatal HIV transmissions at Cooper for nearly 10 years • 1,552 patients served annually • 89% average viral suppression rate

Supporting food security initiatives, holiday meal drives for 1,000 families , and toy drives serving 600 families with dignity-focused “parent shopping” experiences.

REMOVING BARRIERS TO CARE We’ve partnered with our Camden neighbor Subaru to ensure uninsured and underinsured Camden residents have essential support—removing financial and logistical barriers and enabling them to manage chronic conditions and maintain stability at home. • 513 residents served - uninsured and underinsured • 11,700 durable medical equipment items such as blood pressure monitors and diabetic supplies. • 565 rides to medical appointments
