As the largest resort in the Outdoor Adventures portfolio, Lake Shore Resort offers something for everyone. Surrounded by scenic nature trails and a beautiful spring-fed lake, the resort features more than 600 campsites and nearly 100 cabin rentals — making it the perfect place for families to relax, reconnect, and explore.		10
From multiple pools and hot tubs to a water park with a lazy river and splash pad, the fun never stops. Guests can also enjoy a round on the 9-hole putt-putt course or simply soak in the peaceful surroundings. With exciting updates and improvements made over the past year, Lake Shore Resort is better than ever and ready for a season full of adventure.		10

One of the standout improvements last season at Lake Shore Resort was the resurfacing of the North Shore Pool and Lazy River. Both were refinished with epoxy, extending their lifespan and refreshing two of the resort’s most popular water attractions.		10

Lake Shore Resort remained focused on protecting its lake environment with ongoing treatments to manage seaweed and aquatic weeds, helping support water quality while preserving the natural setting members enjoy.		10
Refreshed Cabin Stays		10
Cabin stays at Lake Shore Resort received a refresh last season, with cabins repaired, freshly stained or painted, and updated. Exterior improvements were also completed, including skirting replacements to enhance both appearance and durability.		10

Brett’s Brings the Flavor to Lake Shore		11
If you’ve ever grabbed a bite from Brett’s Food Truck, you already know — it’s not just food, it’s a whole vibe. Over the past few seasons, members have fallen in love with Brett and Jackie, the flavors, the fun, and the friendly faces that make every visit feel like catching up with old friends.		11
We’re excited to share that Brett’s Food Truck will be back at the resort again this season, serving up the delicious favorites members have come to crave. From hearty BBQ and savory bites to sweet treats like their famous elephant ears, it’s the kind of food that keeps people coming back for more.		11
But the good news doesn’t stop there. Brett and Jackie have also taken over the space formerly known as “The Grill,” bringing new life to the familiar spot with Brett’s Dairy Bar. The new location offers even more opportunities for members and guests to stop by, grab a bite, and enjoy a sweet treat while spending time at the resort.		11
Whether you’re fueling up after a day of adventure, taking a break between activities, or simply indulging in something sweet, Brett’s Food Truck and Brett’s Dairy Bar are sure to become favorite stops throughout the season. When Anthony and Alexa sold their house to begin full-time RV travel, they weren’t quite sure where their journey would begin. That answer came over the Fourth of July weekend, when they discovered Niagara's Lazy Lakes Camping Resort.		14
What started as a simple trial stay turned into the beginning of something special. From peaceful days by the pools and canoeing on the lake to evenings around the campfire, they found a place that felt like home.		14
But what truly made their stay unforgettable wasn’t just the resort—it was the people. They met Shelley, our Membership Sales Manager, who went above and beyond to make their first RV adventure one to remember. From finding the perfect site to personally helping them get firewood for a campfire after hours, Shelley made them feel like family.		14

This tasty apple crisp dessert brings cozy flavors and easy prep together for a perfectly sweet ending to your outdoor evening.		40

4 cups apples, peeled & sliced thinly		40
¼ cup sugar		40
2 tsp cinnamon		40
½ cup butter, melted		40
½ cup brown sugar, packed		40
½ cup flour		40
½ cup quick oats		40
½ tsp baking powder		40
Aluminum Foil		40
Build campfire, or preheat grill/oven to 350 degrees.		40
Tear off 4 sheets of aluminum foil about 8''x12''.		40
Evenly divide apples between the four pieces of tinfoil.		40
In a small bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon. Evenly sprinkle over the top of the apples.		40
In a medium sized mixing bowl mix together butter, brown sugar, flour, oatmeal and baking powder. Evenly sprinkle over the top of the apple mixture.		40
Fold foil packets up and seal. Place on a grate over campfire, or in the oven or on the grill grate. Bake for about 20 minutes.		40
Carefully open foil packets, top with ice cream if desired and enjoy!		40
