Dear Students,
Dear Students, It is hard to believe that this is my final letter for the year. Who knew that our
year would end the way it did? First and foremost, I want you to know how much we miss you!! You are on our minds everyday. We want to make sure that you have everything you need to be safe, healthy, and to continue learning. School is not closed; the buildings are . We’ve certainly learned that school is so much more than a building. Some learning resources that I want you to take advantage of are iReady Math and Literacy , the lessons on Tennessee Public Television, virtual field trips, and lessons and challenges from your teachers. I cannot impress enough the importance of reading and writing each day. Why don’t you keep a journal recording details from this historic time? For sure you’ll tell not only your children but also your grandchildren about what it was like during the COVID19 Pandemic. Finally, rest assured that this will pass. Everything will be okay and life will get back to normal.
