Hannah Sacchini, RD, LD Cooking classes are back in session! Each month Hannah provides hands-on culinary programs that focus on healthful and delicious seasonal recipes. Session time includes proper knife skills, recipe reading, and instructions to create an amazing recipe. Participants receive a short shopping list for ingredients to bring to the program – the instructor provides additional ingredient staples and all cooking supplies/materials. Register early as spots are limited! Jeff Sagar provides information about camera gear, camera settings, and shooting tips and techniques to help you create amazing images. Take your photography beyond just the point and shoot automatic, and discover your inner photographer! This program develops learning to “see” photographically and covers the basics of landscape composition, including the “rule of thirds”, leading lines, framing, and more. Hannah Sacchini, RD, LD Join Hannah Sacchini, Registered Dietitian, for a four-week wellness session on nutrition and cooking for your health. Each week, Hannah provides a culinary skills presentation on a specific nutrition topic, emphasizing the importance of a joyful and healthy relationship with food to cultivate lasting behavioral change. Melinda Anderson Is English your second language? Then join us for a guided learning conversation to build your vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation of the English language.

This guided method of conversation allows participants the opportunity to question and discover in a relaxed, casual atmosphere. The instructor provides scenarios and conversations that allow participants to socialize and establish connections of grammar already known, while building confidence and language fluency in a proactive, communicative way.
