1. Submit your home to our local multiple listing service (MLS) 2. Price your home competitively to open the market vs. to narrow the market 3. Promote your home at our company’s sales meeting 4. Develop a list of your home’s features for use by brokers and their potential buyers 5. Email the feature sheet to the top 25 agents in the marketplace for distribution to potential buyers 6. Create an open house video of your property for upload onto public websites 7. Employ an expert photographer to develop professional pictures of your home 8. Advise any changes you would like to see in your property to further enhance its appeal to potential buyers 9. Provide regular updates to you of any changes in the marketplace 10. Prospect 3 hours per day and touch base with 30 people daily to seek out potential buyers 11. Over the next 7 days, contact buyer leads, centers of influence, and past clients for their referrals and to track down prospective buyers 12. Add further exposure via a professional sign and lock box 13. Whenever possible, pre-qualify prospective buyers 14. Keep you informed of the various methods of financing a buyer may consider 15. Whenever possible, arrange for the cooperating broker in the area to tour your home 16. Follow up with sales agents who have shown your home for their feedback and response 17.
