An Ottawa teenager has been charged with multiple cannabis offences after he was found pulled over on the side of the road in Rockland. Police said officers searched a vehicle parked on the shoulder of County Road 17 and $1375 worth of suspected packages of fresh cannabis, edibles, and vape pens, as well as $1900 in cash.
A 17-year-old was charged with posses- sion of proceeds of property obtained by crime, possession of over five grams of dried cannabis (or equivalent) by youth, possession for the purpose of distributing, possession cannabis for the purpose of selling, person under 19 years in possession cannabis and having care or control of vehicle or boat with cannabis readily available.
