2027 PRIME SHIP WEEKS SHIPPING CALENDAR (odd weeks only)
PROGRAM VALID: November 1, 2026-October 30, 2027 (Week 45, 2026 to Week 43, 2027) ELIGIBLE SHIP WEEKS: Odd-numbered weeks only MINIMUM ORDER: 1 pallet (50+ trays) Pallets hold between 50-80 trays depending on product type PACKAGING FEE: $2.50/Tray
Minimum Order: 50 trays (approximately 1 pallet)

REGIONAL FREIGHT PRICING
IMPORTANT NOTES
Prime Ship Week freight rates are available for customers throughout North America and are quoted by region:
• Orders less than 50 trays will ship in boxes via FedEx or UPS,
• Orders outside Prime Ship Weeks are subject to carrier availability and higher freight rates. • Orders placed in Prime Ship Weeks cannot be adjusted once the date 3 weeks prior to shipment date. Moving an order outside of Prime Ship Weeks will result in revised freight pricing. • Fuel surcharges may apply when carrier fuel indexes exceed standard seasonal assumptions. • PP&L reserves the right to adjust shipment timing due to weather events, carrier issues, crop conditions, or other circumstances outside of reasonable control. • All backorders created by PP&L will ship on the Prime Ship Week Program rates regardless of new ship week. • Prime Ship Week quoted freight rates apply to standard dock- to-dock delivery only and do not include accessorial or special service charges.Any additional carrier-imposed fees will be billed separately.
