NEW FOR 2026-2027 PRIME SHIP WEEKS ARE HERE for orders shipping on pallets. Our order acknowledgements will have both a “ship date” and “expected date”
FREIGHT DETAILS
• Freight can be directly charged to Broker & Customer freight accounts. • Packaging Fees: All orders shipping in boxes or on pallets will be charged an additional packaging fee of $2.50/tray • Customer Pickup: Orders scheduled for customer pickup will not be boxed unless requested. If boxes are requested, orders will be charged an additional packaging fee of $2.50/tray • Fuel Surcharge: Additional fees will be added to orders if necessary. • Due to current uncertainty with the freight market pricing is subject to change. • Contact Customer Service for more information and pricing. • Prices are F.O.B.Watsonville, CA. Freight is pre-paid and billed to the broker.

For BEST Freight Rates, please see our new Prime Ship Week Program • To qualify for Prime Ship Weeks, orders must be 50 or more trays • Orders shipped in Prime Ship Weeks will ship on the best available carrier and billed at the pallet rate by region. • See our Prime Ship Weeks Page for more details. Orders shipping outside of Prime Weeks OR are less than a pallet (50+ trays), the following op- tions are available: • FedEx Priority Overnight • Pallet Shipper Grower Truck Delivery • GSO (Golden State Overnight): Delivery is available for the following states:WA/CA/OR • Mainland: For orders shipping to British Columbia, Canada. PALLET (WOODEN DISPOSABLE OR CARDBOARD PALLET SHIPPER) • Pallet shipping via refrigerated truck is available for all customers. • For Prime Ship Week d ates, please refer to Prime Ship Weeks Page. • Orders less than 50 trays will ship in boxes. • We schedule qualified pallet deliveries when available Please contact customer service for schedules into the various markets. • Maximum height of a pallet shipper is 96”. • All palletized orders will be charged an additional $2.50 packaging fee per tray
For orders shipping to Canada: Phyto Fee is $163.00 USD with a Phyto lead time of one week.
BOXES Trays shipped in cartons are netted to ensure quality delivery. Large Box dimensions: 2-8 Trays 15¾” H x 23¾”W x 22” L Regular Box dimensions: 1-4 Trays 15¾” H x 11¾”W x 22” L Tray quantities per box are subject to change depending on plant height at time of shipping.
