THE PROPOSAL This proposal is to align with the aspiration by our previous MESTECC’s Minister in opting to Renewable Energy for not only to save money but to reduce carbon emissions. Wind speed data shows that the average wind speed on MKH Boulevard is sufficient to enable our system to utilize and generate electricity. ElQuator proposal to JMB MKH Boulevard are: • ElQuator will install, operate and maintain a 100kW Vertical Windmill wind energy system on the peak location to harness the power from the wind • ElQuator will charge RM0.28 per kilowatt-hour for every kilowatt usage including the service and maintenance charges • JMB MKH Boulevard will sign a contract for a minimum of 12 months upon agreed • ElQuator will offer 30 days of free usage from 1st day to 30th day for JMB MKH Boulevard to assess savings from the system
