Personal Training Program Whether you are a beginner looking to learn the basics of exercise, trying to lose those last 10 lbs or you want to push your fitness to the next level, our certified personal trainers can help. 5 sessions: $ 108.22 plus hst 10 sessions: $ 194.41 plus hst All Personal Training sessions will include access to our new private personal training studio. Ask staff for more details. Group Fitness This drop-in program is designed for any level of fitness. Class includes fun and energizing low impact aerobics, muscular conditioning exercises and ends with a relaxing stretch. Age: 14+ years Fee: $ 7.50 (single); $ 51.00 (10 passes); $ 80.70 (20 passes) Day Time Location Mon 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM TCC Tues 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM TCC Wed 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM TCC Fri 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM TCC Morning Yoga This drop-in class uses a variety of yoga poses, stretching principles and movements combined with breathing and relaxation techniques to reduce muscle tension and stress. Age: 14+ years Fee: $ 7.50 (single); $ 51.00 (10 passes); $ 80.70 (20 passes) Day Time Location Mon 10:15 AM - 11:15 AM TCC Wed 10:15 AM - 11:15 AM TCC Wallyball A fun group game similar to volleyball. Book your time and pay up to two weeks in advance. Players are responsible for setup. Age: 18+ years Fee: $ 11.70 per hour
