SETTLEMENT AND INTEGRATION PROGRAM (SIP) The Settlement & Integration Program (SIP) provides immigrant and refugee newcomers the tools, knowledge and confidence necessary to establish themselves in Canada. Services are available in English, Arabic, Kurdish, Mandarin, Punjabi, Hindi, Somali, Spanish, and Tagalog. Client Eligibility: • Permanent Residents of Canada (PRs) • Protected Persons • Individuals who have been selected and informed by IRCC to become PRs • Convention Refugees and protected persons outside Canada who have been selected for resettlement in Canada by IRCC • Live-in-Caregivers
