Airflow Simulation Fusion Tech utilizes SOLIDWORKS Flow Simulation Intuitive Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software to simulate airflow in real-world conditions, run “what if” scenarios, and efficiently analyze the effects of airflow, heat transfer, and related forces when designing an oven for you. Early in the design process, our designers easily simulate airflow, heat transfer, and fluid forces that are critical to the success of the design of the oven, allowing us to: • Show you the direction of airflow in your oven • Compare our oven airflow against our competitors • Optimize oven airflow for your product • Direct the breakpoint in a specific location • Enhance oven design for vertical and horizontal airflow • Determine oven components for optimal airflow
Oven Evaluations A Fusion Tech oven expert can provide an evaluation of your current oven, presenting you with suggestions to increase its efficiency and operation. Our 6 point evaluation covers every aspect of the oven relating to airflow and heat-retention, efficiency, food safety, and oven sanitation. We thoroughly examine your oven and compare it against the latest in food processing oven standards to improve your cooking operation. Upon completion, we will provide you with suggestions to improve or replace your oven. If you purchase a Fusion Tech oven, the cost of the evaluation will be refunded.
Our 6 Point Evaluation Covers: • Airflow — breakpoint formation & movement. • Balance — balance of air in the oven. • Efficiency — efficiency limiting factors. • Humidity System— is the right amount of humidity being created. • Sanitary Design — review potential bacteria harboring points. • Mechanical Components — are mechanical components operating efficiently. Practical Suggestions At the end of the evaluation, we will present you with practical suggestion you can take to optimize your oven.

Airflow Optimized Design Using airflow simulation software allows us to see how every component in a Fusion Tech oven affects airflow and the creation and movement of the breakpoint. This data has been used to design and patent features that set the Fusion Tech oven above all others in controlling the location and duration of the breakpoint.
