With tech support throughout the continental United States and the ability to remote access your oven to diagnose issues immediately, you get so much more than just an oven. We engineer, design, build, install, and service all of our ovens from one location —making our service technicians experts in Fusion Tech ovens, understanding every aspect of the oven design to provide you with high quality service and support.
Oven Rebuilds Fusion Tech is the leader in rebuilding your inefficient and run down smokehouse. Our team will demo your current oven components and redesign it into a more efficient, quality smokehouse that meets your needs. We’ll take it a step further by providing custom designed equipment to use in your new smokehouse. It is the perfect solution for a minimum of a 4 truck batch oven. If you’re not ready or able to invest in a new smokehouse, a rebuild will extend the life of your oven and provide you with a more efficient oven.
What’s Included: • 3D Model of new smokehouse • Demo supply and return duct • Remove ceiling and wall skins • Rebuild the internal structure • Insulate with rock wool insulation • Skin with high-grade stainless steel • Passivate the welds • Install new supply and return ducts • Mount the CIP system and cold wash • Mount psychrometer pan • Reattach existing wet bulb / dry bulb • Install cart rub rails for wall protection • Assist your maintenance team in adjusting the break point For an additional cost, our team can: • Install new stainless steel floor and drains • Rebuild machine house • Control upgrades Does not include electrical work at this time.

Training We provide training at our Innovation Center on how to operate and maintain your oven BEFORE your oven even arrives!
Spare Parts Most of the spare parts for our ovens are stock items —meaning we can get necessary spare parts to you quickly and easily to reduce any downtime of your oven. You can also purchase spare parts in advance for routine maintenance.

Here are a few signs that it’s time to rebuild your smokehouse: • Cook time has increased • A marked increase in the energy consumption • Product is coming out unevenly cooked • Heat is dissipating from the oven • Takes longer to heat up or not maintaining heat levels • CIP System isn’t functioning correctly
