People are really starting to live the life that have always wanted and it great to be a part of that. ” The three key things that Grant focussed on in October are pretty simple but it can often be what people lose track when their businesses start to grow. • Spend 50% of your time focussing on developing new personal leadership, this is what will help you get to Senior Director faster. • Don’t forget about customers and referrals—one happy customer can refer many more—don’t let them keep Melaleuca a secret. Just because they don’t want to build a business doesn’t mean they will not be a great asset. • Focus on helping people first, if you do that well Melaleuca will look after you. He focussed a minimum of 50% of his time on personal activity and the other 50% helping other business builders.
