everyone to enrol 8-10 new customers, many actioned this and as a team we achieved our highest month of enrolments to date.” Although Carole helped many in her team reach new heights she also lead by example and enrolled thirteen new customers herself which as she says “is a key to success in your business.” The team also got back to basics, and focussed on what builds a good business, they refocused their efforts on what was going to help them achieve their goals rather than getting caught up on the small things. “We focussed on the products and what they offer, we set appointments and made presentations, we focused on these three things each and every day—we were pretty much on repeat.” When the team did this and used the motivation of the incentive coupled with the Compensation Plan they became unstoppable in their quest to enrol customers. 2016 was a fantastic year for newly advancing Senior Director 6 Carole Sellar. She advanced four times in 2016 on her journey to financial freedom and has helped enhance the lives of many. When the Senior Director Pacesetter Incentive was announced in September, she quickly realised how this Incentive could help change lives like never before. “Earning $90k – $100K and having your car paid for in your first year—many people dream about this sort of income and I have the opportunity to help them achieve it   — it is truly an exciting time to be part of Melaleuca.” Carole got to work with her team, including Senior Director 7 Yvette Brewin and Director 9 Hayley Harding, and set a plan in place. In October all the hard work paid off—Carole and her team literally broke the record books. “I asked them to approach the month as if they were aiming for Director again – the goal was for
