Ingredients • 1 1/2 cups warm water • 3 3/4 cups flour • 2 1/4 tsp instant dry yeast • 2 tsp salt • 1 tsp sugar • 2 tbsp olive oil • Tomato sauce • Mozzarella cheese • Your favorite toppings Directions
1. Mix water, flour, yeast, salt, sugar, and olive oil with electric mixer on low speed for 1 minute, then knead by hand until dough is slightly sticky. Let dough rise for at least 1 1/2 hours. 2. Flatten dough and brush with olive oil. Top with sauce, cheese, and toppings. Make your pizza Halloween-ready by spreading the cheese in the shape of a spider web or a skeleton.
