Job purpose
The post holder takes the lead in the delivery of key elements of the University’s residential strategy including residential property acquisitions and disposals, estate management, and the planning and delivery of residential projects.
The post holder will drive the strategic implementation and constant review of the masterplans and the wider institutional residential strategy. The latter may include acquiring bed spaces through occupancy agreements and property transactions.
The post holder will manage budgets and financial risk across operations, projects for the residential estate to ensure that financial targets are met. The post holder will contribute to the work of the Residences Senior Team and will assume the responsibility as and when required as Deputy Head of Residential Services.
