The number of condo listings in Richmond decreased 1.3% between May and June (to 897), but rose by 51% from last June. The number of condo sales fell by 10% vs May 2019 (to 119) and were 27% lower vs June 2018. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 13%, as Richmond’s condo market remained in balanced market territory. The condo benchmark price was $628,500 in June, 1.5% below May and 8% lower than in June 2018. The average sold price was $522,394 (down 5% vs May) while the average PSF sales price was $613 (6% lower month-over-month).
