There was a 0.9% decrease in condo listings in Vancouver East month-over-month (settling at 522) while June’s listings were up 37% year-over-year. Condo sales decreased by 37% from May (to 89) and were down 39% vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio dropped to 17%, as Vancouver East’s condo segment transitioned to balanced market territory. June’s condo benchmark price was $554,100, down 3% from May and 8% lower year-over-year. The average sold price was $605,167, a 1.6% increase from last month, with an average PSF sales price of $794, 5% below last month.
