At 282, the number of townhome listings in Vancouver West were 6% lower in June than in May but 19% above June 2018. Townhome sales, at 33, were down by 15 vs May and were 14 below last June. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 12% in June as Vancouver West’s townhome market remained balanced. The benchmark price in June was $1.13M, 0.9% above last month but 8% lower than last year. The average sold price was $1.17M, while the aver- age PSF sales price was $882 (down 10% and 6%, respectively, from last month).
