The sales-to-listings ratio dipped to 6% in June, as condos in West Vancouver remained favourable to buyers. The condo benchmark price was $1.04M in June, 1.2% above May but an 18% decrease vs last June. The average sold price was $1.48M and the average PSF sales price was $1,052, up 4% and down 5%, respectively, vs May.
