The sales-to-listings ratio fell to 6% in June, as conditions continued to favour buyers in West Vancouver’s detached market. June’s benchmark price was $2.56M—1.9% higher than May but 13% lower than in June 2018. The average sold price of $3.10M was 3% higher vs last month and 4% above June 2018.
