The number of condo listings in West Vancouver decreased 7% between May and June, to 126, but were 27% above June 2018. The 8 condo sales in June were 3 below last month and 5 lower vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio dipped to 6% in June, as condos in West Vancouver remained favourable to buyers. The condo benchmark price was $1.04M in June, 1.2% above May but an 18% decrease vs last June. The average sold price was $1.48M and the average PSF sales price was $1,052, up 4% and down 5%, respectively, vs May.
