The number of June detached listings in the Fraser Valley board area were virtually unchanged from May (at 4,128), and were 4% above June 2018. Detached sales decreased by 8% from May, to 570, and were down 5% vs June 2018. The sales-to-listings ratio slightly decreased to 14%, as the board area’s condo market continued to be balanced. The benchmark price in June was $960,100, virtu- ally unchanged vs the previous month and 6% lower year-over-year. The average sold price in June was $1.04M, 0.7% higher month-over-month but 3% lower year-over-year.
