The number of condo listings in Langley, at 303, decreased 7% month-over-month but jumped 36% vs last year. June’s condo sales, at 59, were down by 27% from last month and 25% below this time last year. The sales-to-listings ratio dipped to 19% in June, as Langley’s condo segment transitioned to balanced market territory. The condo benchmark price in June was $416,900, virtually unchanged from May and a 7% decrease from June 2018. The average sold price was $416,666 (up 10% vs May) with an average PSF sales price of $443 (3% below May).
