The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 24%, as Burnaby South’s detached market transitioned to seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in March was $1.49M, 1.1% above the previous month but a 3% decline vs last year. The average sold price for detached homes was $1.76M, 11% higher month-over-month and year-over-year.
