The number of March detached listings in the Fraser Valley board area were relatively unchanged vs February (at 2,635) and 21% lower vs March 2019. Detached sales increased 10% from February, to 640, and were up 27% vs March 2019. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 24%, as the board area’s condo market continued to be favour- able to sellers. The benchmark price in March was $988,500, 1.8% higher month-over-month and up 3% year-over-year. The average sold price in March was $1.09M, increasing 0.9% month-over-month and 5% higher year-over-year.
