The number of townhome listings in the Fraser Valley board area increased to 968 in March, 0.5% above last month but 24% lower than last year. At 385, townhome sales were up 14% vs February and 28% above last year. The sales-to-listings ratio, at 40%, remained favour- able to sellers. The benchmark price in March was $549,600, 0.7% above last month and 1.3% higher vs last year. The average sold price, at $601,054, was 2% higher between February and March while the average PSF sales price was 2% lower (at $371).
