The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 21%, as Langley’s detached market remained favourable to sellers. March’s detached benchmark price of $1.03M was 2% above February and 4% higher vs March 2019. The average sold price was $1.24M, up 7% from February and 10% higher year-over-year.
