Detached listings in Langley (at 471) were 8% above February but 19% lower than in March 2019. Month-over-month detached sales declined 10% in March (to 100) but were 19% higher year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 21%, as Langley’s detached market remained favourable to sellers. March’s detached benchmark price of $1.03M was 2% above February and 4% higher vs March 2019. The average sold price was $1.24M, up 7% from February and 10% higher year-over-year.
