The number of condo listings in Langley, at 331, increased 9% month-over-month and rose 16% vs last year. March’s condo sales, at 70, were 4% below last month and 18% below this time last year. The sales-to-listings ratio declined to 21% in March, as Langley’s condo segment remained in seller’s market territory. The condo benchmark price in March was $425,500, 3% above February and 2% above March 2019. The average sold price was $385,130 (a 6% decline from February) with an average PSF sales price of $460 (6% above February).
