The 276 detached listings in North Vancouver in March were up 2% from February but 31% below March 2019. The 69 detached sales in March represented a 3% decrease vs February and were 1.4% below March 2019. The sales-to-listings ratio slightly decreased to 25%, as North Vancouver’s detached segment remained in seller’s market territory. The detached benchmark price in March was $1.55M—relatively unchanged month-over-month and 2% above this time last year. The average sold price was $1.73M in March, 0.8% below February but up 3% year-over-year.
