The number of condo listings in North Vancouver rose to 273 in March, relatively unchanged month- over-month and 25% below March 2019. Condo sales were unchanged month-over-month at 99, and increased 36% year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio remained at 36%, as the condo market for North Vancouver continued to favour sellers. The condo benchmark price, at $582,800, was 1.9% higher year-over-year and 3% above March 2019. The average sold price of $739,450 was up 5% vs February, while at $837, the average PSF sales price increased by 2% month-over-month.
