The 97 detached sales were an increase of 83% month-over-month and up by 80% year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 18% in March, as Richmond’s detached market transitioned to a balanced market. The benchmark price was $1.52M in March—0.9% above February but a 1.5% decrease from March 2019. The average sold price was $1.75M, 6% below last month and relatively unchanged year-over-year.
