At 28, the number of townhome listings in Squamish were 4% above February but 18% below March 2019. Townhome sales, at 9, were down by 5 month-over- month and year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio dropped to 32% in March as Squamish’s townhome market remained a seller’s market. The benchmark price in March was $726,500, relatively unchanged from last month but 8% higher than last year. The average sold price was $733,311, while the average PSF sales price was $488 (up 7% and down 3%, respectively, from last month).
