The 55 townhome listings in Vancouver East in March were up 6% month-over-month but 43% lower year-over-year. The 22 townhome sales in March were 3 above last month and 2 higher vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio for townhomes increased to 40%, as conditions in Vancouver East’s townhome market continued to favour sellers. The townhome benchmark price in March was $893,300, down 1.2% from February but 4% higher year-over-year. March’s average sold price was $1.02M at an average PSF sales price of $771 (both up 19%, respectively, vs last month).
