Condo listings in Vancouver West increased to 1,093 in March, 5% above February but 31% lower than in March 2019. Month-over-month, condo sales increased by 18% in March (to 309), while year-over-year sales jumped by 31%. Increasing to 28%, the sales-to-listings ratio remained in seller’s market territory. March’s condo benchmark price of $810,800 was 1.8% higher month-over-month and 5% above March 2019. The average sold price was $978,035 at an average PSF sales price of $1,067 (up 11% and 0.9%, respec- tively, month-over-month).
