The number of condo listings in West Vancouver increased 1.9% between February and March, to 106, but was 12% lower vs March 2019. The 11 condo sales in March were 4 higher than last month and 3 above last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 10% in March, as West Vancouver’s condo market contin- ued to favour buyers. The condo benchmark price was $1.03M in March, 1.4% above February but 2% lower year-over-year. The average sold price was $938,900 and the average PSF sales price was $846 (up 33% and 17%, respec- tively, vs February).
