& Food Festival. The event, which takes place right on the Bay, is a chance to learn from culinary and wine experts. World- renowned chefs, sommeliers, and cicerones give you a glimpse of their world and share their expertise through tastings and special pairings. As supporters of the Philharmonic Society of Orange County, the Huntington Harbour Philharmonic Committee lights up the Harbour each December and gets everyone excited for the coming season with the Boat Parade. In anticipation of the Cruise of Lights, which takes place the following weekend and is a fundraiser for the Philharmonic Society, Harbour homeowners go all out with the decor and put on a boat show. Nhan Hoa Annual Health Fair Saturday, Nov. 3; 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nhan Hoa Comprehensive Health Center Garden Grove, California Founded by a group of Vietnamese professionals who saw the need for more services in the Vietnamese community, Nhan Hoa Comprehensive Health Care Clinic has since grown to serve anyone in Orange County. This month, the clinic is hosting its annual health fair, a free community event. Free screenings, community resources, and entertainment will be available at the fair. Free health services include flu vaccines, blood pressure testing, cancer screenings, and body mass index measurements.
