amir Equities has been patiently sit- ting on the sidelines

of US Hwy. 67 and Beltline Road in Cedar Hill, Texas. Anchor tenants include Kohl’s, Party City, Petco, Dollar Tree, Famous Footwear and Staples and shadow anchored byHome Depot and Albertsons which add additional “daily needs” drawing power. The property is located in a dominant retail intersection within a dominant retail hub with strong trade demographics and steady population growth over the last 15 years. More than 80% of the property is leased to na- tional credit tenants. Since the Purchase has been completed in December 2012, Zamir Eq- uities has leased up two of the vacant spaces both to National tenants Guitar Center and Sylvan Learning Center and is looking for more soft good providers. Charles Fishof is the vice president of Zamir Equities and has 10 years of exten- sive real estate investment and finance experience in office, residential and indus- trial properties throughout the United States. At Zamir Equities, Fishof, is responsible for acquisitions, financing debt, equity placement and has most recently assumed the role of asset manager. During his career, Fishof spent six years working as the key transaction liaison for David Werner, of David Werner Real Estate Investments, where Fishof specialized in sourcing, placing and structuring deals. In total, Fishof has assisted in the execution over $10 Billion in real estate transac- tions, and has been directly responsible in arranging more than $125 million in closed transactions and more than $40 million in equity place- ments. Notable transactions include State Street Finan- cial Center in Boston, 1372 Broadway in New York, PNC Corporate Center in Louis- ville, 1600 Terrell Mill Road in GA, among numerous others. Before joining Zamir Equities in December 2011, Fishof, was responsible for opportunity origination, equity placement and investment capitalization as a senior vice president at The Carlton Group work- ing under the Chairman and Founder, Howard L. Michaels. Fishof is a graduate of Touro College and is a Master degree candidate in Real Estate In- vestment and Finance at New York University. n
