Reflections from Our CEO
As we reflect on the past year, I am inspired by the commitment our teams bring to the work of sustainability, not because it
is expected, but because we believe it matters.
In 2025, we maintained net-zero Scope 2 emissions across our facilities, a standard we uphold with pride and ongoing
diligence. We also reached a significant milestone in our waste reduction efforts, diverting more than 172 tons of internal
waste from landfills. This achievement reflects the care, creativity, and accountability of our employees, who serve as daily
stewards of an extensive inventory and operation.
Through the promotion of carbon-neutral leather and the use of carbon-neutral or offset shipping options, we supported
meaningful projects around the world that reduce and avoid carbon emissions. These efforts reinforce an important truth: the
choices we make here have an impact far beyond our own walls.
We also continued to champion conservation and highlight the role leather can play in a circular economy. We do this not as
an afterthought, but as an essential part of the conversation around responsible materials and sustainable manufacturing.
Closer to home, we strengthened our presence within the community by expanding our outreach initiatives and deepening
the relationships that make that work meaningful and lasting.
None of these accomplishments happened by chance. They are the result of people asking harder questions, setting higher
standards, and believing that how we make things is just as important as what we make.
Sustainability is not a finish line; it is a way of working. It is woven into our decisions, our materials, and the values of the
people who define our organization. I am grateful to every employee who contributed to this year's progress, and I look
forward to the opportunities ahead as we continue building a more responsible and resilient future together.
