2025 Sustainability Impact Report

INTERNAL INITIATIVES

Waste Reduction Initiative

In late 2021 we conducted an internal waste audit to understand what we were sending to

the landfill. Additionally, we reviewed our existing recycling efforts and their level of

success. We discovered the majority of our waste was supplier's packaging that we were

receiving with our shipments. While the packaging is necessary to protect the quality of our

product, we set out to find specific solutions for each type of waste that wasn't simply "add

it to the landfill. Our program took off in 2022 with great success.

We continued to reduce impacts in 2025 by reaching a grand total of 172.15 tons of

diverted waste through our onsite waste reduction initiative, a program developed to

recycle, repurpose, or reuse our packaging and facility waste. Through education and

training, we encourage our team to reduce, reuse and recycle all types of waste both at

the office and at home.

Waste categories diverted through reduction initiatives as of December 2025:

Single Stream – 16,132 lbs. = 8.06T
