Objective: Preventive concrete protection: water-repellency with KEIM Silangrund and preservation of fair-faced concrete character with KEIM Concretal- Lasur (mineral stain finish in concrete colour shade, pores and cavities remain open, formwork texture is maintained).

Objective: To enhance concrete protection, to maintain board formwork texture, to improve appearance by subtle colour finish. Closure of pores and cavities by scratch filler. Protective coat: undercoated with a lighter opaque finish. Subtle colour finish with KEIM Concretal-Lasur.
Initial situation: Moderate quality concrete, widespread damage, unattractive appearance.
