A lskea Ltd continued their winning form at the 2021 FMB Master Builder Awards, picking up the Medium Renovation Award for their work on a beautiful Victorian terrace house in Holywood which sought to showcase the property’s period features whilst at the same time

Highlights of this project involved swapping the location of the
living space and kitchen and adding a secret panelled door to a new downstairs toilet and utility room. The judges commended Alskea for its very clever use of space and highlighted how high- quality finishes and the careful use of colour and materials had transformed the interior of the property. They also noted how Alskea’s team was able to update the home by replacing dark, narrow
areas with an abundance of light, yielding a much more inviting appearance all-round. Ultimately, Alskea’s fantastic job on this medium renovation project was best summed up by the client, who stated, “They are impeccable builders who leave no mess behind them and create a top-class product at the end of the project.”
