M arlfield Construction picked up the Kitchen Project Award at the 2021 FMB Master Builder Awards for creating a classic and timeless kitchen that enhanced the natural light coming into the cottage-style property in County Down. The company is well known for their commitment to delivering an extremely high standard of finish on every project they take on, winning two regional awards at the Northern Ireland Master Build Awards 2019 in the Large Renovation and Heritage Project categories. The judges agreed this kitchen project was exceptionally well executed by the Master Builders and featured a fantastic use of contrasting colours that provide a warm, welcoming feel. Silestone worktop, while upstands and matching splashbacks have been mounted behind the range cooker to complete a well- proportioned and equipped kitchen. The client was clearly delighted with the results, stating,
