M arlfield Construction Ltd was their second winning project of this year’s FMB Master Builder Awards, clinching the prize for a gorgeous bathroom project that was designed to give a spa-at- home feel. The judging panel hailed this bathroom formation by Marlfield Construction Ltd, who are based just outside of Portaferry on the Ards Peninsula in Co. Down, as an example of ‘fabulous workmanship’ which displayed excellent attention to detail on the part the builder and resulted in a high standard finish.
