M G Developments (NI) Ltd has won the 2021 Sustainability Award for constructing a beautiful rural family home with excellent eco- credentials. Made using a timber frame, larch and fibre cement cladding and a sedum roof, this eco-project by Carnlough, Co.Antrim-based MG Developments NI was praised by the judges for the great attention to detail and commitment displayed in achieving Passive House standards on the project. The judges highlighted how the company had gone the extra mile to use bespoke materials and products. Concluding that this was an excellent Passive House family home and a worthy winner of the 2021 Sustainability Award.
