1. Attached to this email you will find the re-calibrated six Shangri-La’s leadership competencies. The file contains: the name of the competency, a generic definition of the competency and 5 behaviours that describe how the competency is demonstrated in practice. 2. Take some time to read, internalise and reflect on each competency. Try to associate how these competencies will enable you and the leaders of your organisation to succeed together in alignment with Shangri-La’s strategy.
