This year’s award for Best Marketing Campaign of the Year went to Worcester Bosch, who won over the judges for their ‘Safe in Your Home Installer Commitment’ initiative which was aimed at reassuring home-owners to allow installers into their homes during the pandemic. As part of the initiative, every installer who signed up to the ‘Safe in Your Home Installer Commitment’ received a digital stamp to display on company pages by way of a theoretical ‘safety verification’, as well as email checklists for on-site use, and increased hygiene and distancing guidelines for customer and installer reference. The campaign was promoted by email, regional and national newspapers, newsletters and social media activity and led to over 4,700 installers signing up to take

part. Worcester Bosch received high praise from the judging panel, who said that the hugely positive feedback the campaign received from both home-owners and installers alike was enough to make them the clear winner in this category.
